Hi, I'm Robert (Rob) Woodbury. I grew up in Worthington, MN and have been a part of the Pipestone community for over 20 years now. As a lifetime resident of Southwest MN, I know the area, the people and this market. My career in the real estate field started in banking, where I worked primarily as a mortgage lender for nearly 22 years. In 2019, I decided to chase my dream of self employment and pursued a career in real estate appraisal. I completed the required education courses and worked with a mentor, Tom Winter, in my quest to become a Licensed Residential Appraiser.

I have benefited greatly from working side by side with someone with decades of experience in the field and have now completed hundreds of reports. I'm also a licensed real estate salesperson for Winter Realty, Inc., which further enhances my understanding of our real estate environment and property valuations. I recently created my own appraisal company and I'm excited to put my education, training, and real life experience to work for you!
